of the situation

- Evaluate solutions and decisions
Overview
The purpose of this program is to develop the capability of staff
to more efficiently and effectively solve problems they encounter
and to make better decisions.
This session will not only help participants to improve their own
problem solving skills but will also help them to 'work others through'
a problem solving or decision making process, either on a one-to-one
basis or in a team environment.
