There are many challenges the Team Leader must confront including adopting a holistic approach to their work, managing themselves and others, developing effective relationships and in some cases supervising staff the Team Leader previously worked alongside.

This session, structured around these six dimensions, is designed to equip team leaders and potential team leaders or supervisors with a foundation of fundamental skills and strategies to operate effectively in achieving organisational, team and individual objectives.
