This program will help staff to communicate with others in a more assertive manner - that is, to communicate what they want to, in an appropriate manner and when it is appropriate to do so.

The emphasis of this program is on outcomes - we communicate to achieve outcomes. By communicating more effectively we can achieve better outcomes.
