Coaching Services

Every type of training environment, whether small-group training sessions, workshops, conferences offers the opportunity for staff to be inspired, develop their skills and challenge their thinking.

However the best results for employee development are often achieved through one-on-one coaching.

In this situation our coach meets with the employee in an informal environment to discuss the challenges, issues and opportunities they personally confront. Together the coach and employee identify what's required and what can be done.

This offers a unique opportunity that a normal learning environment cannot offer.

The number and frequency of meetings will vary depending upon the employee's needs. Sometimes one meeting will be sufficient. Sometimes 3 meetings will be required and sometimes they will meet on an ongoing basis over a couple of months.

Examples of just some of the developmental areas we can help employees with include:

  • Managing time & priorities
  • Working better with colleagues
  • Managing stress, pressures & demands
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Working with your manager
  • Managing conflict
  • Managing staff

With current or recent 'real world' experience, as employees and as managers, our coaches have experienced the highs and lows of organisations which affords an insight into the best and worst of performance - and how to achieve the best.

As neither advocates for the employer or the employee, our role is not to judge who may be right or wrong, whether what may have transpired is fair and reasonable but rather to find a way forward for the benefit of the employee and employer.
