Our company name, Excelerate, is a fusion of two ideas:

Excel (to achieve the best) + Accelerate (to move ahead)

Excelerate Learning and Development Australia (formerly Northstar Learning and Training established 1998) was established in 2000.

Our training, coaching and consulting services are tailored to Local Government to ensure Council staff receive information, strategies and examples most relevant to their challenges and environment.

In addition, we continually explore developments in other sectors, both Government and private, to ensure our training is up to date with new trends and ideas.
